He and his team provide an initial program that includes Lab work; Elimination/Detox diet followed up with education on which foods we personally should avoid, and which to incorporate in our daily lives; water intake; exercise; meditation; breathing; sleep guidelines; developing our morning and evening routines. Program includes monthly follow up and classes to continue the process of maximizing our health and lives.
